  • Spaghetti with clam sauce and mint

For 4 persons Preparation time: 25 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 350 g pasta, 500 g mussels, 10 ml cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons of pepper, a pinch of pepper.

The sauce is made from 100 g of spinach, garlic, pine, peppermint, 8 tablespoons olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, chilli pepper.
